Tim Dr Lisa is a highly accomplished, professional, and kind therapist. I went to her after my wife prompted me, about my knees, and my low energy. I must confess to having been a bit skeptical at first, but I am delighted to say that my knee function has improved, and I have now the high levels of energy that I used to enjoy. I don't understand how it works, and this will continue to puzzle me, but the important thing is that it is working. I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough.

Church Wow wow wow Lisa is a miracle worker ! I went to the GP last week with unbearable pain in my shoulder and the loss of use in my arm ! The GP told me it was a frozen shoulder and could take 18 months to 2 years to get better !!! I was mortified as I am a self employed hairdresser. I took advise from a friend and found Lisa. Thank god I did, after calling Lisa and explaining my symptoms she said even though she was fully booked she’d try and help me. Late Friday night I got a call from her saying she had a space Saturday morning. During my appointment Lisa said how she could help and wow she did. Sunday was a massive improvement and by Monday I could do a full days work. I can not thank you enough Lisa, as you know I was panic stricken at the thought of not being able to work but because of your amazing knowledge, gift and kindness I now can. You now have me as a customer forever. THANK YOU

Georgia I have a lot to thank Lisa for - I have only had two treatments but I called her in an emergency to ask if she could see me that day and she did everything she could to fit me in. I had pain relief that day and improvement in mobility. She then also fit me in for a second treatment on a Sunday which gave me further improvement. Thank you Lisa, you were patient, kind, understanding and skilful.

Missing Out on Life
Activities Abandoned
When pain dominates, cherished activities and hobbies are the first things we sacrifice. This abandonment creates a void that deepens our suffering and diminishes our quality of life. Without these vital outlets, stress compounds and emotional wellbeing deteriorates. Simple joys become distant memories as discomfort dictates our choices. Reclaiming these passions isn't just about enjoyment—it's essential for healing. Making space for self-care activities creates a foundation for recovery and helps restore wholeness to a life limited by pain.
Connections Strained
Persistent pain drives us to withdraw from social connections, creating a barrier between ourselves and potential support systems. This isolation becomes a prison of our own making, cutting off the very relationships that could provide comfort and understanding. As we retreat, the cycle of pain and loneliness intensifies. Breaking free requires courage to reach out despite discomfort. By nurturing meaningful connections and prioritizing community, we create a network of support that becomes instrumental in our healing journey and return to a fulfilling life.
Anxiety Increases
Pain and anxiety form a destructive partnership, each intensifying the other in an escalating cycle. Physical discomfort triggers mental distress, which then amplifies the sensation of pain. This relentless loop depletes our mental resources and saps the energy needed for healing and recovery. What begins as physical discomfort evolves into a comprehensive threat to our wellbeing. Holistic approaches like massage, acupuncture, and mindfulness practices address both physical and emotional aspects of this cycle. By targeting the root causes rather than just symptoms, these integrative therapies offer a path to genuine relief and restoration, freeing us to rediscover joy and vitality.
